To ensure all clients receive equal access and that we maintain the quality of our consultations, we have established the following Fair Use Policy:

Booking in Advance: All sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system. Clients can book a maximum of two sessions per day to ensure availability for all.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you cannot attend a booked session, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer that slot to another client.Clients who miss more than three appointments without prior cancellation may experience temporary limitations on booking further sessions.

Session Duration: Each session is strictly limited to 30 minutes. If more time is needed, a new session must be booked.

Use of Sessions: Sessions are intended for genuine new business advisory purposes. Please refrain from using sessions for non-business related or other type of business discussions.

Respectful Interaction: We value a respectful environment. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to verbal abuse or inappropriate behavior, will lead to immediate termination of the session and potential suspension from the service.

Feedback and Concerns: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback after each session. This helps us maintain the quality of our service. If you have any concerns about our guidelines or service, please reach out to our support team.

Revisions to Fair Use Guidelines: WAKARIO reserves the right to update these guidelines as necessary. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.
